Programme Overview

The YES Programme is a 12-month fixed-term learnership designed to help unemployed youth enter the job market and gain meaningful work experience within one of South Africa’s leading retail groups.

Participants will receive structured workplace exposure, mentorship, and practical retail training.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify, you must:

• Be aged between 18 and 28 years
• Have Matric (preferred)
• Be available to work a full 12-month fixed-term contract (April 2026 – March 2027)
• Not have been permanently employed with a single employer for more than 1 year
• Not be studying full-time during the programme period
• Not have previously participated in the YES Programme
• Arrange your own accommodation and transport (if applicable)

Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups in line with the Employment Equity Act.
