Overview
SPAR Group is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team in Jet Park, Johannesburg.
This opportunity is suitable for candidates with Credit Control or Accounts Receivable experience who are passionate about finance administration, debt collection, customer service, and retailer support.
The successful candidate will assist with collections, query resolution, retailer liaison, and financial administration to support the operations of South Rand DC.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years Credit Controller experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Valid Driverโs Licence
Advantageous
- AS400 experience
- SAP experience

Key Responsibilities
๐ฐ Accounts & Debt Collection
- Collect outstanding debt from allocated accounts
- Achieve collection targets
- Resolve account and payment queries
- Maintain accurate financial records
๐ค Retailer Support
- Liaise with retailers regarding accounts and payments
- Provide retailer support and training where required
- Maintain professional customer relationships
๐ Administration Duties
- Maintain sound filing and administrative practices
- Handle correspondence and agreements
- Perform ad hoc finance and office duties
