Sasol is recruiting an Administrator Commercial to join Energy Marketing & Sales (MSA) in Sandton. This role provides professional administrative and project support to the Commercial Portfolio Management team, ensuring effective coordination of change management, project administration, stakeholder engagement and recognition programmes.

Purpose of the Job
To provide efficient and professional administrative support to the Commercial Portfolio Management team, ensuring effective communication, coordination of projects, stakeholder engagement and smooth execution of business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support business and marketing projects aligned to strategic objectives
- Assist with budgets and forecasting administration
- Compile project portfolio information as required by management
- Provide project administrative support to ensure delivery on time and within budget
- Coordinate project meetings, track action items and maintain documentation
- Assist in development and monitoring of project schedules
- Prepare regular project performance and status reports
- Coordinate and implement change management initiatives
- Support system changes and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Identify and recommend process improvements to optimise margins and manage costs
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities (meetings, workshops, surveys)
- Manage employee recognition programme administration
- Coordinate business meetings and communications
- Support use and adoption of Sasol Digital Platforms
- Identify and recommend operational improvement opportunities
Minimum Requirements
Education
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Diploma in Administration or similar qualification (advantageous)
Experience
- Minimum 3 years administrative experience
- At least 1 year experience in project and change management
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
