- Attend all theoretical training sessions
- Complete assessments, assignments, and Portfolio of Evidence
- Assist customers with basic service in-store
- Help with merchandising and stock replenishment

- Comply with workplace health and safety rules
- Keep accurate logbook entries
- Work with supervisors, mentors, and facilitators
