Overview

The Road Traffic Infringement Agency (RTIA) is recruiting 15 Call Centre Agents to provide customer support and administrative services related to the Administrative Adjudication of Road Traffic Offences (AARTO) Act. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with administration and call centre experience who are passionate about delivering quality customer service in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

– Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and fax.

– Provide information on AARTO processes, procedures, and required documentation.

– Advise callers on the status of representations, instalment applications, and revocation of enforcement orders.

– Assist callers with enquiries relating to election to be tried in court and driver nominations.

– Escalate complex enquiries to the relevant RTIA departments.

– Print and process incoming fax-to-email correspondence.

– Acknowledge and distribute applications to the relevant business units.

– Capture and update information accurately on internal systems.

– Perform general administrative and call centre support duties.

– Maintain professional customer service standards at all times.

Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) / NQF Level 4.
• Experience in administration and support services.
• Experience in data capturing.
• Previous experience as a Call Centre Agent.
• Good computer literacy.
• Knowledge of the AARTO Act will be an added advantage.
