Overview
Europcar Botswana is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join their team at Kasane International Airport. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring vehicles and premises are maintained to the highest hygiene and quality standards, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Position Purpose
To clean and prepare vehicles for customer rental, maintain the cleanliness of company premises, and support the overall presentation of the branch in line with Europcarโs brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
-Clean the interior and exterior of rental vehicles to meet company hygiene and presentation standards.
-Refuel vehicles and perform basic checks (e.g. tyre pressure, oil and water levels).
-Identify and report vehicle issues, including expired licences or damages.
-Maintain cleanliness in the yard, offices, and surrounding areas.
-Support vehicle check-ins and quality inspections.
-Adhere to safety and operational procedures during all cleaning tasks.
-Assist with ad hoc duties as required by management.
Requirements
-Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE) or equivalent.
-Minimum 1โ3 years of cleaning or vehicle grooming experience (preferred).
-Ability to work independently and follow cleaning schedules.
-Good physical health to perform cleaning tasks effectively.
-Ability to communicate in English.
-Must be flexible to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required.
