Overview

Europcar, a leading vehicle rental company in Botswana, is seeking a responsible and experienced Driver to join their team at Kasane International Airport. This role focuses on delivering vehicles to customers, performing basic vehicle checks, and ensuring a professional driving service that supports the branch’s overall operational success.

Position Purpose

To ensure the safe and timely delivery and collection of rental vehicles, perform vehicle inspections, and uphold Europcar’s customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

-Deliver rental vehicles to customers as per scheduled bookings and collection procedures.

-Perform vehicle checks, including tyre pressure, fuel levels, oil, water, and other fluids.

-Identify any vehicle defects and report them for maintenance or quality assurance.

-Assist with customer interactions in a courteous and professional manner.

-Safeguard company vehicles and assets during transportation.

-Follow all traffic laws and safety procedures.

-Support the branch with additional vehicle movements as required.

Requirements

-Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE) or equivalent.

-Valid, unendorsed Class B (Code 8) driver’s licence (held for a minimum of 2 years).

-Minimum of 1–3 years relevant driving experience.

-Ability to read maps and navigate efficiently.

-Basic computer literacy is an advantage.

-Proficiency in English and good interpersonal communication skills.
