Overview
@home Livingspace is looking for a dynamic and sales-driven Furniture Consultant to join the Walmer team. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about retail sales, home dรฉcor, furniture trends and delivering exceptional customer service.
As a brand ambassador, you will create memorable shopping experiences while driving sales performance and contributing to store profitability.
Key Responsibilities
-Deliver exceptional customer service and guest experience
-Identify customer needs and provide tailored furniture and dรฉcor solutions
-Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
-Track and manage personal sales performance
-Stay up to date with the latest furniture trends and home lifestyle innovations
-Support visual merchandising and stock replenishment
-Assist in strategic sales planning and customer value management
-Manage the sales process from consultation to final purchase
-Maintain strong administrative accuracy and figure control
-Manage store risk and contribute to overall turnover and profitability
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
