Job Purpose

Successful candidates will assist RME Construction teams during maintenance and construction activities and perform general worker duties efficiently.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants should have:

• Minimum Grade 9.
• At least 0-6 months’ relevant experience.
• Physical fitness and ability to pass the required medical examination.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Ability to carry out tasks assigned by the Supervisor/Team Leader.
• Good work habits.

Key Responsibilities

Duties include:

• Carrying out tasks assigned by the Supervisor/Team Leader.
• Handling, loading and offloading materials.
• Stacking materials.
• Sweeping floors.
• Removing and cleaning excess/rubble materials.
• Using non-mechanised hand tools in the construction environment.
• Cleaning tools.
• Maintaining good housekeeping standards.
