Overview

A Production facility in Queensburgh is seeking 5 General Workers to support operations within the Cream Pack Ampak, Plastic 2L ESL, Crate Handling, and Carton 2 Litre sections.

The purpose of this role is to perform general operational duties to ensure smooth and efficient production processes. This includes shrink-wrapping, sorting damaged products, loading, cleaning, and maintaining housekeeping standards in the production area.

This position is ideal for individuals who are hardworking, safety-conscious, and willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

-Perform basic operational tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

-Handle and move products within production areas

-Assist with shrink-wrapping and packaging processes

-Sort and remove damaged products

-Support crate handling and loading operations

-Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards

-Comply with Health and Safety regulations at all times

-Perform ad-hoc duties as required by management

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
• Fluent in Business English
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Ability to work in extreme production conditions
• Must pass Readiness Assessments
