Overview

FNB is seeking a motivated Graduate Trainee to join its Pretoria team. This programme provides exposure to business operations through on-the-job training, structured learning, mentoring and project participation. The successful candidate will develop skills in reporting, customer service, innovation, and knowledge-sharing while gaining practical experience within the banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

– Participate in on-the-job training including meetings, shadowing, research and report preparation.
– Deliver outstanding customer service by offering proactive and innovative solutions.
– Plan, update and report on all learning activities to ensure efficient role execution.
– Contribute to the organisation’s innovation objectives by supporting new ideas and solutions.
– Collaborate in knowledge-sharing initiatives and project activities to build skills relevant to the role.
– Complete all training assignments aligned to the graduate development plan.
– Attend required training sessions to build competencies and technical proficiency.
– Take responsibility for personal development and skills growth.

Minimum Requirements

– A completed or final-year qualification relevant to banking, finance, business, or a related field.
