Overview

Eskom’s Western Grid is recruiting two Senior Clerk: Support Services positions to provide administrative, secretarial, financial and HR-related support across depots and Customer Load Networks (CLN). This role forms part of the Support Services function and contributes to achieving divisional and organisational operational objectives. The positions are graded at Task Grade T07.

Key Responsibilities

– Provide commercial administration services in support of operational processes.
– Deliver secretarial services including document management and office coordination.
– Perform general administrative duties across depots and substations.
– Provide financial administration services, including basic financial processing.
– Support HR functions such as leave administration and personnel documentation.
