Position Purpose:
The Graduate Trainee – Mechanical Engineer will support the planning, execution, and completion of mechanical engineering projects. This includes participation in engineering design, analysis, coordination, and compliance with standards, as well as project management.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist Senior Engineers in daily engineering tasks and duties.

-Collaborate with teams to develop, design, and implement engineering solutions.

-Conduct research to solve specific technical issues and challenges.

-Compile and present progress reports on engineering projects.

-Comply with workplace safety standards and procedures.

-Attend workshops, meetings, and training sessions.

-Document work and research for future reference and improvements.

-Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in engineering.

Requirements and Skills:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

-Must have graduated between 2020 and 2024.

-Must have ranked in the top 5% of your graduating class.

-Strong desire to learn and grow in a multicultural and remote mining environment.

-Valid Class B driver’s license and clean driving record.
