Sun International through Wild Coast Sun Casino is offering an exciting Learnership opportunity for vibrant and energetic candidates interested in the Gaming and Hospitality industry.

This programme is ideal for young people who are passionate about customer service, entertainment, and working in a fast-paced casino environment while gaining practical work experience and a recognised qualification.

What You’ll Do

Successful learners will work within the Gaming Tables Department and will be responsible for:

• Assisting with gaming table operations
• Delivering excellent guest service
• Working according to casino procedures and standards
• Creating a professional and enjoyable customer experience
• Maintaining high ethical and professional standards
• Working shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Standing for long hours during operations

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate with Mathematics or Maths Literacy
• Ability to communicate in written and spoken English
• Valid South African ID
• Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Able to stand for long hours
• Must be comfortable working in a smoking environment

Preference Will Be Given To

• Candidates from designated groups in line with the Employment Equity Act
• Candidates from Mgungundlovu Communal Property Association (MCPA) areas
