Overview
Nike is hiring a Retail Store Associate (Athlete) for its Kenilworth store in Cape Town.
This opportunity is ideal for energetic, customer-focused individuals who are passionate about sportswear, fashion, and retail. Successful candidates will assist customers, support daily store operations, maintain merchandising standards, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
– Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection.
– Share product knowledge and recommend suitable Nike products and services.
– Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately.
– Assist with receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise.
– Help maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
– Support shipping, receiving, and stockroom duties.
– Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping throughout the store.
– Attend store events and support team activities.
– Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
– Follow company procedures, policies, and loss prevention standards.
Requirements & Skills
-Must be 18 years or older.
-Matric / Grade 12 certificate required.
-Ability to work a minimum of 24 hours per week.
-Flexible to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and evenings based on store needs.
-Strong communication and customer service skills.
-Passion for sportswear, retail, and customer experience.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
-Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
-Physically able to stand for extended periods, bend, squat, reach, and climb ladders when required.
-Willingness to learn about Nike products and technologies.
