Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service & Sales
    • Deliver outstanding customer service through effective selling techniques.
    • Identify opportunities to drive sales and exceed individual sales targets.
  2. Store Operations
    • Adhere to stock loss control procedures and cash handling standards.
    • Maintain store housekeeping and merchandising in line with brand standards.
  3. Brand Experience
    • Create a welcoming and inspiring shopping experience for every customer.
    • Stay informed about the latest clothing trends and outdoor lifestyle offerings.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12) or Equivalent Qualification
  • 6 months of retail experience (preferably in fashion or lifestyle retail)
  • Clear criminal record
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Product knowledge of outdoor or lifestyle retail is an added advantage
