Overview
Mr Price Group Limited is seeking a skilled and creative Photographer to join its e-commerce production team in KwaZulu-Natal.
This role requires exceptional technical ability, creative vision and strong collaboration skills to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned imagery for online platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with stylists, model bookers, sample coordinators and the image administration team to ensure product accuracy, speed to market and engaging customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
-Capture high-quality, brand-aligned images of apparel, accessories and footwear
-Operate Capture One and other imaging systems to maintain consistent quality standards
-Select and prepare brand-appropriate images for upload in line with creative direction
-Ensure accurate colour representation and product detailing through expert lighting and composition
-Maintain efficient daily workflows to meet production targets and tight deadlines
-Optimise studio lighting, set layouts, props and product presentation
-Follow file-naming, metadata and digital asset management processes
-Collaborate with stylists and studio leadership to balance creativity with e-commerce timelines
-Support capsule shoots, location shoots and creative briefs when required
-Contribute to continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Relevant photography qualification or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 2 yearsโ commercial photography experience (fashion e-commerce preferred)
- Proficiency in Capture One
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop for retouching)
- Strong understanding of studio and on-location lighting for apparel and accessories
- Experience delivering high-volume, consistent-quality work within tight deadlines
- Knowledge of product styling and garment handling
