Key Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent and professional customer service
• Implement standard greeting and customer assistance protocols
• Assist customers with product locations, features and benefits
• Address customer queries and escalate complaints when necessary
• Stock shelves according to company standards (rotation, pricing and display)
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and visual merchandising standards
• Prevent shrinkage, damages and wastage
• Maintain cold chain and temperature standards (where applicable)
• Operate and clean equipment according to procedures
• Follow store security and safety procedures
• Promote products and support sales growth

Minimum Requirements

• Hard working and able to work shopping mall hours
• Able to work under pressure
• Passion for retail and customer service
• Proficient in English
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player with customer-centric mindset
