Overview

Vans, under Ares Holdings, is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join their flagship store team in Sandton. Key Responsibilities

-Deliver excellent customer service and styling advice

-Drive sales through strong product knowledge

-Assist with transactions, stock replenishment, and merchandising

-Contribute to a vibrant and engaging store atmosphere

-Act as a brand ambassador and uphold Vans’ visual and cultural standards

-Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets

Minimum Requirements

-Minimum 1 year sales experience, preferably in a similar brand

-Passion for Vans, streetwear, youth culture, or extreme sports

-Motivated, positive, and customer-centric attitude

-Willingness to work weekends and retail holidays

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
