Overview
Vans, under Ares Holdings, is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join their flagship store team in Sandton. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about streetwear, sneakers, and youth culture to work with an iconic global brand in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
-Deliver excellent customer service and styling advice
-Drive sales through strong product knowledge
-Assist with transactions, stock replenishment, and merchandising
-Contribute to a vibrant and engaging store atmosphere
-Act as a brand ambassador and uphold Vans’ visual and cultural standards
-Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
Minimum Requirements
-Minimum 1 year sales experience, preferably in a similar brand
-Passion for Vans, streetwear, youth culture, or extreme sports
-Motivated, positive, and customer-centric attitude
-Willingness to work weekends and retail holidays
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
