Overview
Totalsports Kokstad is looking for a passionate and performance-driven Sales Associate (40hr) to join the team. If you love sport, fitness and delivering exceptional customer service, this opportunity is for you.
As a Sales Associate, you will represent the Totalsports brand by creating an energetic shopping experience while driving sales performance and ensuring the store is always customer-ready.
Key Responsibilities
-Act as a brand ambassador and deliver exceptional customer service
-Identify customer needs and provide suitable product solutions
-Track sales performance and strive to exceed targets
-Sell a diverse sports and fitness product range
-Stay updated with the latest sportswear and fashion trends
-Identify opportunities to generate new sales
-Assist with stock replenishment and maintain store presentation standards
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
