Position Overview

The Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering exceptional in-store experiences while driving sales performance. You will represent the brand, assist customers in selecting the right products and contribute to achieving store targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador and deliver outstanding customer service
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable sports and lifestyle products
• Track personal sales performance against targets
• Stay updated with current sport, fitness and fashion trends
• Proactively seek opportunities to generate new sales
• Replenish and merchandise stock to maintain store readiness
• Build customer loyalty through professional engagement

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
