Pepkor Lifestyle Logistics โ Operations Coastal is seeking an energetic Service Centre Assistant to join its Mthatha Service Centre. The role focuses on supporting the efficient movement of goods, assisting with deliveries and assembly of materials, and ensuring excellent customer service while upholding company policies and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the physical handling and movement of materials within the Service Centre.
- Support delivery and assembly processes to meet delivery targets.
- Maintain accurate inventory control and implement safekeeping practices.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
- Provide professional, customer-oriented service at all times.
- Contribute to effective self-management and collaborative teamwork.
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum: Entry-level work experience in a logistics, warehouse, or supply chain environment.
- Basic knowledge of logistics, warehouse management, and inventory control.
- Customer service orientation with effective communication skills.
- Ability to follow JD Group policies, processes, and operating model.
- Strong attention to detail, personal resilience, and integrity.
- Emotional maturity and ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
