Job Description:
As part of the Standard Bank Learnership Programme, you will handle walk-in customer requests related to card and cash transactions (such as teller services, ATM support, Moneygram, etc.). You will be expected to accurately assess customer needs and provide solutions that meet their demands while adhering to the bank’s financial offerings and policies.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
-Matric / Secondary School Qualification
-NQF Level 5 Certification
Experience:
-Previous experience in branch operations, particularly in teller or frontline support, bulk cash, and ATMs is advantageous.
-Familiarity with legal aspects related to cash handling.
-Knowledge of the roles and functions of various departments within the bank branch.
