RCL Foods is looking for a hardworking and reliable Van Assistant to join their operations team in Tzaneen.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are physically fit, enjoy working in logistics and deliveries, and are comfortable assisting with stock handling and transportation duties.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric

Main Duties

Stock & Delivery Support

• Assist the Driver Salesman with transporting goods
• Drop and collect bread crates as required
• Maintain strict control and security of transported goods
• Ensure careful handling of stock and company property to minimise losses
• Assist with heavy lifting and movement of stock
• Transport unwanted items to recycling centres or refuse sites where necessary

Administration & Vehicle Support

• Carry out regular vehicle checks and report any defects
• Maintain accurate records according to company procedures
• Assist with vehicle security responsibilities when required
• Support shops with stock movement between stores
• Assist in achieving gift aid sales conversion targets
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Liaise with shop managers regarding stock deliveries and collections
