Minimum Requirements
โข Senior Certificate / Grade 12 (NQF Level 4)
โข Literacy and numeracy skills
โข Computer literacy is essential

Main Duties
โข Conduct beneficiary screening and complete manual applications
โข Perform file-level reviews and validations
โข Assist beneficiaries with navigating service channels
โข Verify documentation and information submitted for review
โข Identify fraudulent information before review operations
โข Participate in mobile review operations and remote beneficiary areas
โข Assist beneficiaries to comply with SOCPEN system review requirements
โข Capture and maintain accurate grant data
โข Identify cases for suspension, lapsing, recovery of overpayments, or referral for investigation
โข Support document tracking, filing, and preparation of review reports
โข Scan and index documentation for completeness and audit readiness
โข Collaborate with registry and review teams to meet daily processing targets
โข Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards
