Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Have Grade 12 / Matric
  • Be currently unemployed
  • Be a South African citizen
  • Be computer literate
  • Not have previously participated in or completed a learnership programme
  • Have no existing bursary or contractual obligations with another organisation

A relevant Higher Certificate or Advanced National Certificate will be an advantage.

What You’ll Do

During the 12-month programme, successful learners will:

  • Attend classroom-based learning and workplace practical training.
  • Gain exposure to different business processes and departments.
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Complete assessments, assignments and other programme requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Follow workplace policies, procedures and health and safety requirements.
  • Work with supervisors, mentors, colleagues and other stakeholders.
  • Develop practical workplace skills and professional experience.
