Position Overview
Sales Associates are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving store sales performance and maintaining premium visual merchandising standards.
Contract types include 40hr, 45hr and 120hr retail roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the brand as a professional ambassador
- Drive sales and exceed store targets
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Maintain strong product knowledge across fashion, jewellery, sport or homeware categories
- Replenish and merchandise stock according to company standards
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation
- Build lasting customer relationships and loyalty
- Operate in fast-paced, high-footfall retail environments
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Strong communication skills
- Sales-driven and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to multitask under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
- Team player with initiative
Previous retail experience is advantageous but not always required.
