Position Overview

Sales Associates are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving store sales performance and maintaining premium visual merchandising standards.

Contract types include 40hr, 45hr and 120hr retail roles.

• Represent the brand as a professional ambassador
• Drive sales and exceed store targets
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Maintain strong product knowledge across fashion, jewellery, sport or homeware categories
• Replenish and merchandise stock according to company standards

• Operate in fast-paced, high-footfall retail environments

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Strong communication skills
• Sales-driven and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to multitask under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
• Team player with initiative

Previous retail experience is advantageous but not always required.
