PEP is recruiting 60 Part-Time Sales Assistants across various provinces. This is a permanent part-time opportunity for energetic, customer-focused individuals who want to grow within a leading retail brand.

Purpose of the Role
As a Part-Time Sales Assistant, you will promote sales, minimise stock losses, manage inventory, assist customers, operate the cash register, and help maintain a safe and welcoming store environment.
This role requires honesty, reliability, and strong attention to detail, especially when handling cash.
Key Responsibilities
-Provide friendly and professional customer service
-Promote current sales and promotions to customers
-Operate the cash register accurately and responsibly
-Process payments and ensure correct cash handling procedures
-Assist with stock receiving, organising, and merchandising
-Keep the store clean, organised, and visually appealing
-Help achieve store sales targets
-Reduce stock losses by following security procedures
-Assist customers with product information and recommendations
-Work effectively within a team to maintain store efficiency
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Clear criminal record
- Must live within 15km of the store
- Relevant retail or cashier experience is advantageous
- Must be able to work part-time (maximum 27 hours per week)
