Overview
Foschini is looking for a high-energy, confident Sales Associate to join the Port Alfred store. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion, customer service, and achieving sales targets in a dynamic retail environment.
As a Sales Associate, you will act as a brand ambassador by creating positive energy in-store and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will help customers find the best solutions while staying up to date with the latest fashion trends.
Key Responsibilities
-Deliver outstanding customer service and brand experience
-Identify customer needs and provide suitable product solutions
-Achieve and exceed sales targets
-Track sales performance against targets
-Promote and sell a diverse product range
-Stay informed about latest fashion and dรฉcor trends
-Identify new sales opportunities
-Assist with stock replenishment and ensure store readiness
-Maintain high visual merchandising standards
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
