Key Responsibilities
-Create and deliver outstanding customer experiences
-Represent the Cotton On brand with energy and positivity
-Advocate for Cotton On Group Foundation initiatives
-Maintain store appearance through merchandising and replenishment
-Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales results
-Drive performance and contribute to store targets
-Support daily retail operations
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) preferred
- Passion for retail and customer service
- Willingness to work retail hours
