An exciting opportunity is available for a Permanent Part-Timer/General Assistant at Sable Square. This role is ideal for energetic individuals who are passionate about retail, fashion and customer service.
You will support daily store operations while delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining store standards in line with company policies and procedures.
Purpose of the Role
To assist management with day-to-day store operations, sales support and maintaining high service standards while ensuring compliance with company policies and retail procedures.
Key Responsibilities
-Deliver excellent customer service and act as a brand ambassador
-Process sales transactions (cash, credit and other payment methods)
-Assist with stock control and product flow from stockroom to sales floor
-Support merchandising and in-store display execution
-Maintain housekeeping standards and store cleanliness
-Safeguard company assets and follow loss prevention procedures
-Monitor the sales floor and report suspicious activity
-Participate in in-store and digital training programmes
-Use selling techniques including add-on sales to reach targets
-Develop understanding of store performance and product trends
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong passion for retail and customer service
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic computer and POS system literacy
Previous retail experience is advantageous but not required.
