Overview

FNB is looking for a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist to join its team in Randburg. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, the ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional service, managing front-desk operations, and supporting internal teams with effective communication and administration.


Key Responsibilities

-Greet and assist visitors professionally and promptly

-Answer and direct incoming telephone calls to the appropriate departments

-Handle client inquiries and ensure timely resolutions

-Maintain a tidy and organized reception area

-Provide efficient administrative support and update related documentation

-Ensure all communication with clients is courteous and professional

-Monitor reception-related expenses to support cost-efficiency

-Assist in compliance with audit and governance requirements

-Manage own development and contribute to team collaboration and innovation


Minimum Requirements

-Matric (Grade 12)

-Additional certification in Office Management (advantageous)

-Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Well-presented with a professional attitude

-Strong organizational and time-management skills

-Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and handle issues proactively

-Strong customer service focus
