Minimum Requirements
Applicants should have:
-Grade 12 (Matric).
–No previous experience required.
-Good command of the English language.
-Passion for retail and customer service.
-Ability to work retail and shopping mall hours.
-Ability to work under pressure.

-Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will:
- Assist customers with product enquiries.
- Pack and replenish shelves.
- Merchandise products according to company standards.
- Rotate stock and remove expired products.
- Check product quality and pricing.
- Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards where applicable.
- Assist with warehouse and stockroom duties.
- Support service departments including Bakery, Butchery, Deli and Fruit & Veg.
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- Follow all company safety and security procedures.
