Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador and provide exceptional customer service.
• Exceed customer expectations by offering the best solutions.
• Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving targets.
• Sell a wide product range and stay on top of the latest streetwear and fashion trends.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Assist with stock replenishment and ensure the store is customer-ready at all times.

Requirements & Skills

• Education: Grade 12 (Matric).
• Passion for people and customer interaction.
• Target-driven and results-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Strong selling, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
