Overview:
Kauai is opening a brand-new store in Durbanville and is looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Cashier / Customer Service Representative to join the team. If you are passionate about health, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
-Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to take and process customer orders
-Deliver friendly and efficient customer service at all times
-Learn and understand the full menu and ingredients to assist and advise customers accurately
-Maintain a clean and organised service area
-Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
Requirements and Skills:
–Grade 12 / Matric with strong results in Mathematics and English (Compulsory)
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Friendly, confident, and helpful demeanour
-Ability to work under pressure in a team-oriented environment
-Fast learner with good product knowledge retention
-Must attach a copy of your matric certificate to your application
