Overview
Applications are invited for 190 Administrative Intern positions within the Human Resource Development (Skills Development Facilitator) section. This internship is an excellent opportunity for graduates to gain workplace experience, enhance their skills, and contribute to administrative and training coordination functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with receiving data of internsโ files and ensure monthly updates.
- Receive, screen, and process bursary and internship applications.
- Capture data on databases and maintain open files for individual applications.
- Compile monthly and quarterly reports on performance of interns.
- Perform secretarial duties during relevant committee meetings.
- Extract training needs and assist in compiling the Training Provisioning Plan.
- Co-ordinate training courses and related logistics.
Entry Requirements
- A completed 3-year National Diploma or Degree in one of the following fields:
- Human Resource Development
- Public Administration and Management
- Business Administration
- Office Administration / Office Management and Technology
- Labour Relations
- Qualification must be recorded on the National Learner Record Database (NLRD) at NQF Level 6 or higher.
