Overview:

Fidelity Services Group, a leader in the security and investigations industry, is hiring Armed Response Officers to join their Eastern Cape operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for patrolling assigned areas, responding to signals and incidents, and ensuring the safety and security of clients and their premises.

This is an ideal role for candidates committed to protecting people and property with discipline, quick response, and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities:

-Patrol designated areas and respond to alarm signals and client emergencies.

-Ensure rapid response and use the shortest, safest routes to reach client premises.

-Conduct thorough security checks and report any suspicious activity.

-Provide empathetic client assistance and follow up after serious incidents.

-Introduce security services to new clients and handle general public relations duties.

-Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate radio communication.

-Attend daily parades, comply with SOPs, and uphold company vehicle and uniform standards.

-Maintain a neat and professional workstation and personal hygiene.

-Participate in training sessions and operational meetings as required.

-Follow Fidelityโ€™s communication protocols and uphold ethical practices.


Requirements and Skills:

Minimum Qualifications:

-Grade 10

-PSIRA Grade C & Armed Response (AR) Registration

-Valid Firearm Competency Certificate

Other Requirements:

-Valid Driverโ€™s License (minimum 2 years)

-Master drive training or equivalent safe driving skills

-Area knowledge of Gqeberha / Port Elizabeth

-Strong client engagement, listening, and problem-solving abilities

-Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
