Quality Specialist

Botswana Oil Limited is looking for a motivated Quality Specialist to lead the development and maintenance of our Quality Management System. If you are passionate about quality assurance and process improvement, we encourage you to apply.

Job Purpose:
Establish, manage, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System and Assurance Framework.

Key Responsibilities:

-Implement quality assurance standards and compliance measures.

-Provide oversight for laboratory operations and quality processes.

-Monitor operational risks and propose improvements.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related fields.

-Certification in ISO 9001 or ISO 17025 (advantageous).

-Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within petroleum, manufacturing, or related industries.
