Job Overview:
Botswana Tourism Organisation (BTO) is seeking a qualified Public Relations Manager to develop, direct, and administer strategies for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain the organizationโs corporate image and brand identity.
-Manage public relations policies to promote BTOโs image.
-Oversee the preparation and management of disaster and crisis communication plans.
-Produce the statutory Annual Report.
-Maintain media relations and handle media inquiries.
-Represent the organization at events and manage corporate communication.
Key Attributes:
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Self-motivated and result-oriented.
-Experience in managing public relations strategies.
-Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Job Requirements:
-A Bachelorโs Degree in Public Relations/Communications or equivalent.
-At least 5 years of experience in Public Relations at a senior level.
