Overview:
Retail Group (Pty) Ltd, a subsidiary of Famous Brands LimitedโAfricaโs largest branded food service franchisorโis seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Manager for its Debonairs Pizza outlet in Lobatse. The ideal candidate will be a self-driven leader with a strong background in restaurant operations and customer service excellence.
Main Purpose of the Position:
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high operational standards, safeguarding restaurant assets, and delivering superior customer service. The manager must also uphold brand integrity, lead the team, monitor performance, and drive profitability and market growth.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the restaurant team and supervise daily operations.
-Maintain operational and customer service standards.
-Ensure brand protection and promote integrity.
-Drive business performance: increase sales, profitability, and market share.
-Manage staff performance, welfare, training, and team discipline.
-Oversee business processes related to people, products, and customer service.
Minimum Requirements:
–BGCE/Form 5 or higher qualification.
–At least 3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-performance customer service environment.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, including people, product, and customer processes.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong financial and business acumen.
-Experience in coaching and mentoring teams.
-Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
