Purpose:
Deliver excellent customer service, assist with yard operations, loading, stock control and housekeeping.

Requirements:

• Matric or equivalent
• 1 year experience in similar role
• Physically fit
• Good numerical skills
• Customer service focused

🚿 Sales Assistant – Plumbing Department

Purpose:
Provide product advice and technical support to customers in plumbing, ensuring strong sales and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Matric
• 2 years hardware experience
• Plumbing product knowledge (minimum 2 years exposure)
• Strong sales ability

🚜 Operator – Drive Thru Yard (X2)

Purpose:
Load customer vehicles using forklift/front-end loader while maintaining yard efficiency.

Requirements:

• Matric or equivalent
• Valid Operator Licence
• 1 year operator experience
• Ability to operate machinery safely

📦 Operational Clerk – Stock & Receiving

Purpose:
Ensure stock accuracy, manage receiving processes and maintain inventory integrity.

Requirements:

• 2 years stock-related experience
• Strong numerical & computer skills
• MS Office proficiency

📊 Department Manager – Stock

Purpose:
Lead stock department operations, drive profitability, manage staff and oversee stock accuracy.

Requirements:

• Matric
• Business qualification (advantage)
• 5 years managerial experience
• 10 years hardware retail experience
• Valid driver’s license

📋 Stock Coordinator – Stock & Receiving

Purpose:
Monitor stock discrepancies, manage inventory accuracy and maintain merchandising standards.

Requirements:

• Matric
• 3 years stock-related experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent planning & organisational skills

🌱 Technical Sales Person – Irrigation Department

Purpose:
Provide advanced technical sales support and drive business growth in irrigation products.

Requirements:

• Matric
• 7 years sales experience
• 3 years retail/hardware technical advisory experience
• Strong product knowledge & sales technique

📑 Stock Controller – Stock & Receiving

Purpose:
Manage inventory flow, conduct cycle counts and reduce stock losses.
