Overview
Rosebank College, part of the ADvTECH Group, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Call Centre Operator (Chat Agent) to join its growing team.
The successful candidate will assist with student recruitment, telephonic consultations, lead generation, and student support while promoting the institutionโs academic offerings and assisting prospective students with career and course enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
– Contact prospective students and market the institutionโs programmes.
– Conduct telephonic consultations and student interviews.
– Assist with student recruitment and lead generation activities.
– Engage with existing students and parents for referrals.
– Capture and update student information accurately on the system.
– Discuss available courses and career opportunities with students.
– Respond professionally to student queries and concerns.
– Provide guidance regarding admission and application processes.
– Advise students on application closing dates and registration information.
– Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students.
Requirements & Skills
-Matric / Grade 12 qualification required.
-Sales qualification will be advantageous.
-Minimum 1 year sales or call centre experience.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Customer service orientated.
-Good time management and organisational skills.
-Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
-Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
-Team player with a professional attitude.
