Overview
Empact Group is seeking a dependable and professional Driver to join its operations team in Maseru. This role involves transporting goods and supporting daily operational activities while ensuring safety, efficiency, and excellent service delivery at all times.
Key Responsibilities
– Operate company vehicles and equipment safely and responsibly.
– Conduct routine inspections of vehicles, equipment, and materials.
– Load, transport, and offload goods as required.
– Assist with setting up and supporting offsite services and events.
– Perform general physical tasks to support operational needs.
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
– Maintain a professional approach when interacting with clients and team members.
Requirements & Skills
-Matric (Grade 12).
-Minimum 2 yearsโ experience in a similar driving role.
-Valid driverโs license with PDP.
-Good communication and customer service skills.
-Professional appearance and attitude.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
-Honest, reliable, and responsible.
-Basic knowledge of GPS/navigation systems.
