Overview

Tsebo Solutions Group is recruiting Cleaners for temporary positions in Upington. This role is ideal for individuals who are committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in a professional environment.

You will be responsible for ensuring all cleaning and housekeeping duties are completed efficiently while following health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

– Clean offices, reception areas, restrooms, and facility spaces

– Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain cleanliness of floors and surfaces

– Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately

– Maintain hygiene standards in bathrooms and common areas

– Dust furniture and clean windows as required

– Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning materials and equipment

– Assist with meeting room setup when required

– Follow all Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations

– Report any maintenance or cleaning supply issues

– Support general housekeeping duties as needed

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum Grade 11 (Grade 12 advantageous)
• Previous cleaning experience (advantageous)
• Basic understanding of cleaning products and hygiene practices
• Ability to use cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Good communication and basic literacy skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and public holidays
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in the local area
