Overview:
Braintec Cleaning Pty Ltd is currently recruiting dedicated and hardworking individuals to fill cleaning positions across multiple towns in Botswana. Key Responsibilities:

-Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing.

-Maintain cleanliness in assigned work areas including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces.

-Use cleaning equipment and chemicals in a safe and effective manner.

-Report any maintenance or repair issues observed while cleaning.

-Follow company hygiene and safety protocols.

-Ensure proper disposal of waste in line with environmental standards.

-Provide excellent service with a positive and cooperative attitude.

    Requirements and Skills:

    -Basic literacy and communication skills

    -Previous cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential

    -Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks

    -Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team

    -Willingness to follow instructions and learn new procedures
