Overview

Clover is inviting applications for its Customer Service Centre (CSC) Learnership Programme. This exciting opportunity is designed for unemployed young people who want to build a career in customer service. Successful learners will receive structured workplace experience at Clover’s Customer Service Centre in Constantia Park, Roodepoort, while completing accredited training that leads to an NQF qualification.

Key Responsibilities

– Deliver excellent customer service to Clover customers.

– Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

– Resolve customer queries and complaints by working with the relevant departments.

– Capture and confirm customer orders accurately and on time.

– Inform customers of account status where applicable.

– Notify relevant stakeholders of issues affecting customer orders.

– Promote and sell Clover and partner products to customers.

– Recommend additional products and special offers where appropriate.

– Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service targets.

– Participate in team meetings and support team objectives.

– Maintain accurate records and assist with visual information management.

Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
• Matric must have been completed between 2021 and 2025.
• Minimum average of 55% for English and Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy.
• Advanced computer literacy.
• Currently unemployed.
• Must not have participated in a learnership programme before.
