Overview

RiseUp Management is recruiting a Code 14 Driver on behalf of a leading retail and FMCG company based in Pietermaritzburg.

The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting and delivering FMCG products safely and efficiently from the distribution centre to stores across KwaZulu-Natal.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced professional drivers who are reliable, safety-conscious, and passionate about maintaining high delivery standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
• Valid Code 14 Driver’s Licence
• Valid PDP (Professional Driving Permit)
• Minimum 3–5 years driving experience in transport/logistics
• Good knowledge of KwaZulu-Natal routes
• Strong understanding of road safety procedures

Key Responsibilities

Driving & Distribution

-Transport FMCG products safely to retail stores across KZN

-Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on time

-Follow scheduled delivery routes efficiently

-Represent the company professionally during deliveries

Vehicle & Safety Responsibilities

-Conduct daily vehicle inspections

-Report maintenance issues or defects immediately

-Ensure compliance with road safety regulations

-Follow company transport and logistics procedures

---

Documentation & Customer Service

-Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation

-Obtain required signatures during deliveries

-Provide professional service to stores and clients

---
