Overview

Epsidon Technology Holdings is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The role involves managing front desk operations, handling communication, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.


Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Communication
– Welcome visitors, manage sign-in procedures, and notify staff of arrivals.
– Answer and manage switchboard calls, direct enquiries, and take accurate messages.
– Update staff contact lists and maintain switchboard data.

Visitor & Office Support
– Assist visitors with basic needs such as Wi-Fi access.
– Maintain reception security by controlling access and managing visitor logs.
– Keep the reception area clean, organised, and fully stocked.

Mail & Deliveries
– Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
– Manage outgoing mail and courier collections.

Administrative Duties
– Monitor daily staff attendance and share reports with HR.
– Send internal communications such as birthday messages.
– Provide general administrative support when required.

Boardroom & Facilities Management
-Manage meeting room bookings and calendars.
-Prepare boardrooms and training rooms for meetings and events.
-Coordinate catering, refreshments, and post-meeting clean-up.
-Ensure lights, air-conditioning, and facilities are properly managed.

Office Supplies & Coordination
-Assist with ordering office supplies and checking deliveries.
-Coordinate deliveries such as stationery and refreshments.


Requirements & Skills

-Matric (Grade 12).
-2โ€“3 yearsโ€™ experience in reception or call centre environment.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel).
-Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
-Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
-Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
-Reliable, trustworthy, and proactive.
-Team player with good problem-solving skills.

Additional Requirements:
-Fluent in English.
-Reliable transport.
-Ability to work office hours (08:00 โ€“ 17:00).
